Financial Planning Budgeting

I am a university graduate and working as Grant Coordinator and responsible budgeting and financial analysis.?

I monitor 25 partner organization's grants, prepare financial statement and reports for donors, multi-year budget preparation and budgetory control and analysis. Should I get any opportunity to work in Singapore or get work permit?
