SALE BUDGET: is to calculate the future sale e.g. how many products they will sale what will be its unit cost nad bla bla we do this by going through our past experience and calculating future trends FINANCIAL BUDGET: to check out the resources to get loan its terms, condition what will be interest rate how long will it be taken who will be the providers
